Lampa — Digital & Film Camera
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Lampa — Digital & Film Camera application (hereinafter, “Lampa”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lampa. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
User Content and Ownership
All photos and creative works you produce using Lampa remain your sole property. We do not claim any rights to the content you create. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.
3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Lampa offers both monthly and yearly subscriptions, as well as occasional time-limited in-app purchases. These purchases grant access to additional features. Payments are handled through the App Store, and all billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed via your Apple ID account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. All refund requests must be made directly through Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies and applicable local laws.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the app to:
Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
Infringe on any intellectual property or privacy rights.
Upload, share, or distribute harmful software or content.
Interfere with or disrupt the app’s functionality or related systems.
Collect personal data from other users.
5. Privacy and Data
Lampa does not require account registration and does not collect personal information directly from users. All photos and data remain stored locally on your device.
However, we use Firebase services to understand app performance, improve stability, and offer optional features such as notifications.
By using Lampa, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, including its name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, and code, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App without our express written permission.
Reverse Engineering
You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any part of the App. Any attempt to do so is a violation of our intellectual property rights and these Terms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Material changes may be communicated in-app. Your continued use of the app after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
